Greetings.

This is a POLAR FOX studio store and I am Alexey Belianin AKA Bel from cold Siberia(somewhere in 53°76'N 87°14'E).

I offer a range of 10mm fantasy miniatures for suitable wargames.

1. Stuff

Metal miniatures I supply are made of tin/lead alloy (pewter), so contain lead and this is your right to buy or not to buy. Miniatures may have some flash and sprue or air channel odds. Resin miniatures are made of Smooth-Cast® or TASK® urethane plastic (all necessary safety data sheets you may get on Smooth-Cast® site). It cast under the pressure and some unnoticed small bubbles may occur. So in both cases the miniatures require cleaning, filling and putty.

1a. Bases

Bases - both polystyrene and plexiglass - are laser cut  and probably need some filling with sandpaper to remove wire-edges. Don't forget to remove the protective film before assembling.

2. Orders

From the start this store will work highly probably in pre-order mode (bkz I can’t rate the level of demand and the stocks would not be high enough). This means the stuff will be cast for each specific order. This requires time. Then please add a week or two for expected time.

3. Payment

This store schedule allows only Paypal payment option.

4. Postage

There are 2 postage options depending of weight (new shipping costs of 03.12.2018):

- small parcel (from 100g up to 2 kg, airmail, registered, trackable, relatively cheap, no insurance therefore a bit risky)

  Standard Trackable Small Parcel    901-1900g    25,00 €

- standard parcels (more then 2 kg, registered, trackable, may be insured for additional 10% of total cost by special request)

  Standard Trackable Delivery    1900-2900g    35,00 €

Shipping prices set up in the store are calculated for shipping from Siberia mainly to Europe, so additional shipping charge may occur. If you are not sure or your country is not in the list please contact me directly.

This option is available during sales periods and may be chosen manually when checkout process. If this option is chosen but the order value doesn't exceed X €  the order will be declined and the payment will be returned excepting Paypal fee for payment/return, so be careful.

For Sweden/Denmark customers: due constantial problems with Postnord I recommend either to use alternative address in Europe (Norway, Finland etc) or to act by your own risk -  I can't guarantee the shipping at correct time.

Please allow 14-28 working days for delivery. It is standard term for international shipping from (and into) my location.

Important! Due  pandemia and the cancelling of many flights the delivery may take up to 3 month (usually 30-50 days).

Note we are not responsible for any import taxes and custom delays.

5. Disputes&Refunds

If you received an order and found out something you can’t live with then please immediately contact me directly and I hope we will find reasonable solution together. Don’t expect ‘GW’ quality at least for the start.
If you are absolutely not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund except shipping cost. You can return your purchase for up to 10 days from the receiving date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

If you didn't receive an order in 90 days and the parcel was sunk in depths of postal service (no postal tracking updates) please contact me and I hope we will find reasonable solution together (usually this means a full refund or the shipping an order again).
Partial refund (ie except shipping cost) will follow in the case when customer provides incorrect postal address and the parcel goes back automatically with appropriative note of local postal service.
Refunds will not be made if the customer has refused to pay additional duties to the local tax office (as a rule, the package in this case is a subject to destruction).
